2. Booking Process
To make a reservation, you must provide accurate information including your full name, contact details, and preferred date.
Reservations can be made:
- Through our website
- Via email or WhatsApp
Your booking will be confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from our team.
3. Payment
- A 20% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
- The remaining balance is to be paid in cash on the day of the experience.
Online payment is required to confirm your booking.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Deposit & Refund Policy
To secure your reservation with Essaouira Horse Ride, a 20% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Please note that this deposit is non-refundable.
However, we offer flexibility for our clients:
Your deposit will remain valid with us and can be used for a future booking or another experience at any time.
You can reschedule your activity depending on availability.
By confirming your booking, you agree that:
The deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances
It can only be kept as credit for a future experience
We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you for an unforgettable experience
In case of unforeseen circumstances such as:
- Illness
- Bad weather
We will offer you an alternative date or experience.
5. Changes to Your Reservation
If you wish to modify your booking (date, number of participants, etc.), please contact us at least 7 days in advance.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
6. Participant Requirements
- Participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
- Guests must inform us of any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate.
7. Liability & Insurance
Horseback riding involves inherent risks.
By booking with us, you acknowledge that:
- You participate at your own risk
- The company cannot be held responsible for injuries or accidents
We strongly recommend that all participants have valid travel insurance.
8. Code of Conduct
All guests are expected to:
- Respect the horses and staff
- Follow all safety instructions
Any inappropriate behavior may result in termination of the activity without refund.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Moroccan courts.
